Have not yet received the 2.5 Update

Hello, my car has not received the 2.5 update and im curious if there is something off. I know software updates roll out incrementally but since the update came out in November and we're in January and I still haven't seen the update. Any recommendations?

Call or text customer care and ask for a push update. This happened to me too, I called them and they pushed me the update the very same day.

Thank you for the guidance! That worked great. I called them last night and while the support agent I spoke to didn’t know about it, I asked him to cut a ticket to the OTA team to see if they can manually push the update and I woke up this morning to the 2.5 update. Thanks again!

Any issue noticed since updating to 2.5.0? And any notable improvement? Just got update notice also and trying to see what I should look out for before updating.

Lucid just announced UX 2.5 will start rolling out this week. Very exciting!

Two features are announced in the X thread; SSP improvements and curb rash protection. Hopefully more minor improvements once we start getting the update.

Hey sorry just saw this! Honestly, I haven’t noticed much aside from slight improvement in audio quality. Also perhaps a slight drop in range efficiency.
