The folks at the service center also gave us a nice Lucid canvas tote with some gifts while we were waiting on our delivery on Friday - a MiiR Camp Mug with the Lucid logo and Bear, a little bottle of Lucid hand sanitizer, some Lucid lanyards and a Lucid bear holiday ornament that matches the nice bear keychain we were given at the Service Center grand opening in San Diego (also pictured with the ornament).

Now I just need a mini speedform.

This is pretty much along the lines of what we were expecting. Maybe even a bit better, actually, since the doors are always opening or locking, and the car gets into drive every time. Can switch driver profiles, too.

Except for the left/Dream Drive keypad, these seem to be all software issues. If you expect better, you shouldn't be planning on taking delivery for, say, half a year or so.
 
Delivery now scheduled for Wednesday, but car still awaiting “detailing and final inspection.”
I hope it’s not being rushed for the EoY push.
 
So, one of the Gravitys in the Eastern Edge Race also has the same problem with the Left/Dream Drive keypad. Now I think it's software, not hardware:


PS: Tesla SC charging worked both on plug-and-charge as well as through the Tesla app.
 
Got my magician’s cape-thing today, and my Gravity too!

Mark Sulak handed over the fobs to my Air GT a little over three years ago, up in Costa Mesa. Now the customer service manager for Lucid San Diego, he did the same thing for me again today.

I couldn’t be more thrilled, to have my Gravity delivered to me today, and to have Mark do the handover all over again.

I believe it’s software-related as well. Some days, it functions flawlessly, but halfway through a drive, it suddenly stops working. Additionally, I experience a delay when pressing the button and when the screen indicates that drive assist is active. However, it feels like the drive assist was already active before the display showed it. When this issue occurs, the left and right turn cameras appear approximately 1 to 2 seconds after the blinker is engaged and remain active for a similar duration after the drive assist is canceled.

Nope, functioning as intended. There should probably be a setting to make this an option, but left-sided parallel parking is fairly rare, so most wouldn't ever need the driver side mirror to tilt down.

this is disappointing to hear. I use the downward-pointing mirrors to help me get out of my extremely narrow garage, and other tight spots. I wish both angled down.

I also have the “need two tries to open the frunk “ problem that he has.
 
Ive gotten the two try frunk thing on a few occasions as well
 
My Gravity arrived today. Unfortunately it was a miserable snowy day which saw me clear 1000 feet of driveway with my trusty snowblower but it looked like we would have to cancel our drive to Rutherford. We had house guests that were stuck with us waiting for the salt to clear some of the driveway. The delivery team offered to drive the car out to us even though we were under the 50 mile exclusion for home delivery ( 43 to be exact) the guys couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant ( thanks Walid!) although the wife called it. “If they miss the delivery today this car goes to next years delivery numbers “
First impressions. The cars overall build is better than my 22 Air. The operating system is certainly more complex. I love the air suspension. The HUD is tough to get low enough. The Lucid guys had no problem coming up my driveway with all season tires. I opted for the mid level 21/22 set up BTW.

I haven’t found any glitches yet but I’m waiting for the morning light of Christmas Eve to play with it. It’s the best present order the tree!
 
I got an email 3 days ago for $500 of accessories if we purchase or lease a Lucid by Dec 31. Seems to be a generic promo not related to us having already purchased a Gravity (picked it up last Friday). Anybody else get this, and know if it applies to recent deliveries?

I reqched to Customer Care via email twice, haven't heard anything yet. I then called my local studio, and a human being picked up. She promised to let my delivery specialist contact me, and send me the "code" via email.

Still haven't heard anything but it's only been since the 23rd.

I just forwarded the email to my SA asking about it. There's no starting date listed in the fine print of the email. I'm hoping it's not just for deliveries between the email date (22nd) and the 31st, but that wouldn't surprise me.

I’ve had the SC adjust it twice on different occasions and it’s still messed up. Needs double open 100% of the time. It’s on a list of stuff to check at some point.

I asked my sales advisor about it after I took delivery last week after seeing listed on the website and she said I would be getting it. She said they're doing them in batches after delivery and I should get the code in an email. Amusingly the email from Lucid advertising it came about 10 minutes after I asked her, no code yet though.
