I can see some folks getting their deliveries but For whatever reason, my build is still at factory gate stage. Close to 3 weeks and counting. I am not sure why and my SA doesn’t seem to know either.

Curious if other folks are in a similar (delivery on hold) boat ?

Did you get a VIN assigned yet? Might depend on wheel size/options since they do them in batches.

PennFed tells me that my ordering document (I pulled it from the Lucid website) is insufficient because it doesn’t have a VIN on it and doesn’t specify that I’ve ordered a 2026 Gravity (it simply says “Grand Touring” without the 2026 Gravity in front). Did you have this experience? If so, how did you solve?

That’s not the document you want. Once you have a VIN, your SA will be able to send you a proforma purchase agreement, and that will be what you want. Ask your SA for it.

I called and gave them the VIN. They didn’t ask for any documents.

Mine too. I was told on 8/15 that it's done production and is set to deliver by end of this month. But now no updates. My SA can't give me any information. This is very disappointing. It's okay for there to be delays but there has to be open communication regarding this.

Was just notified today I have my VIN assigned and portal updated. GDE, AG, 21"/22" wheels. Exciting! I also had the electrician over for estimate for the 100 amp install. Shake'in and Bake'in!

Was just notified today I have my VIN assigned and portal updated. GDE, AG, 21"/22" wheels. Exciting! I also had the electrician over for estimate for the 100 amp install. Shake'in and Bake'in!

A week ago, they had 38 GGTs available with NO GDEs. Today, this was some of the first GDEs released after the stop in production. I suspect others are going to be built as well. This should be a indication for others to get built now as well - full speed ahead!

GDE - 4/10 ordered
VIN - 8/29

A week ago, they had 38 GGTs available with NO GDEs. Today, this was some of the first GDEs released after the stop in production. I suspect others are going to be built as well. This should be a indication for others to get built now as well - full speed ahead!

My incessant refreshing of my Lucid Dashboard has finally yielded results!
I have a VIN and the dashboard says In Production!

No email or other contact from my SA, but she has just transferred to be the Delivery Manager at Scottsdale. She emailed almost 2 weeks ago saying a new SA would be assigned, but that hasn't happened yet. So I am not surprised that I haven't been contacted yet.

GDE Aurora Green, Tahoe, 7-seat, 21/22" wheels.

GGT order 3/23 Ojai/bronze fully loaded
GDE upgraded 4/8 AG/Yosemite

Once we saw Tahoe in person and the durability concerns about Perluxe, Tahoe became a better option...and was told it would arrive sooner than Yosemite.

Did you order both GDE & GGT with the intention to buy/lease both or deposited on GGT to see if it would provide a quicker delivery than the GDE?

We worked with our sales advisor to directly upgrade from GGT to GDE.
