Why are the Colts so good and the Jets suck - different talent and coachingI understand that, but my question is why is one team so good and one so . . . not.

The RDU issue is not limited to the DE. The DE performance gain is from boosting the power from the front drive unit, the rear drive unit is supposedly the same between DE and GT.Is it possible that the RDU issues are only related to the Dream Edition. I know the RDU's are the same in all of the Gravities, but the DE is juiced up in the power domain. Or is this just wishful thinking.
There is an advanced setting in the upper right of the climate control screen that matches the seats and steering wheel to the set thermostat temperature. While not heating the air any faster, it may warm you up faster.Anyone else having AC issues?
It's been cold-ish (about 50F, give or take 5-10 degrees) when I get in the car in the morning. If I have the heat set at something comfy, like 74, it just blows cold. Not super cold, but feels like ambient temp at best, and for a while. I don't know if I've hung in long enough and patiently enough to see if it ever warms up, but I have to jack it over 80 for it to finally get warm. Then it gets too warm, so I turn it back down to the 70s, and it feels like it's blowing cold again.
Admittedly I haven't done a scientific study to describe the behavior to a T, but it's just a little wonky. In light of some of the other pieces of the software not seeming to know where the hardware is (think windows, seat positions, etc), I'm wondering if the thermostat is performing similarly - maybe sending a bad signal to the HVAC system, or the HVAC system not understanding the signal it's being sent.
Minor bug in the grand scheme of things, but I feel like I'm fiddling with something a little unpredictable to get comfortable. Maybe tomorrow morning I will try preconditioning the interior for a while, before I get in, and observe what happens.
Preheat before you get in. I find this is hugely helpful in the morning after it’s been sitting all night. I can slip right into a heated seat with a heated wheel and the heat will be on.Anyone else having AC issues?

you have to turn it up higher to get hot air to really blow. mid 70s still blows cool air in mine too. I turn it up to 79 or 80 and I have nice hot air blowing within a minute or two. I don't think it does temp sensing too well. You will know when you have the car set to blow warm air as the slider bar for the temp will turn red.Anyone else having AC issues?

I had that happen yesterday when I tried to charge my car. The errors went away after a little while. Haven't seen them again, but then, I downloaded 3.3.8 last night.I’ve gotten random “rear steering unavailable” and “headlight error” alerts even though I’m on 3.3.5 one time after charging, but it was a false alert. The rear steering error went away, the headlight one did not, so I tested all the lights and they worked perfectly. The error went away with a sleep, did not clear with a reboot. Also of note is my HUD does this bizarre dim red background with periodic cycling of brightness during rain or low light but is perfect during the day and at night. Reportedly the HUD has a separate calibration for rain/dim light and normal conditions so if you experience this, you may need your HUD recalibrated. It doesn’t bother me enough to intervene yet, so I’ll wait until 10k miles service to fix that along with my center console that won’t recognize my keycards.
Ok- Got it. Just looking at possibilities....The RDU issue is not limited to the DE. The DE performance gain is from boosting the power from the front drive unit, the rear drive unit is supposedly the same between DE and GT.
Mine is working on the second try, Connection Failed on the first try.Has anyone been able to get Live View to work on the Lucid iPhone app when the car is parked in the garage with a WiFi connection? I have not. I always get “Connection Failed.”

Oh, your Gravity was finally released.I had that happen yesterday when I tried to charge my car. The errors went away after a little while. Haven't seen them again, but then, I downloaded 3.3.8 last night.
Also wholly different systems, so more like two teams playing somewhat different sports. Building webapps and APIs is a different skillset than writing low-level firmware. Why are the Colts so good and the Jets suck - different talent and coaching
They were not really clear other than saying there was a recall on several Gravities and they had to check the major modules and also take things apart to check torque specs.Oh, your Gravity was finally released.
Congrats.
Did you find out what the hold-up was about?
I will file this under: Operator ErrorPosted in Gravity-Delivery-Discussion .. but this seems more like a 3.3.5 bug
YESTERDAY: I went to the beach [today]. It wasn't hot so I didn't turn on "creature comfort". Locked the car and went for a walk. About 40 minutes later I returned, unlocked the car, got in and it was already noticeably cool in there, like the A/C was continuously running. I mean, the few seconds between unlocking and getting in couldn't cool the car off. Once locked, shouldn't the A/C turn off?
TODAY: I realized locking the car with the fob locks the doors, but the mirrors no longer fold in. Neither the A/C nor the displays and ambient lighting turn off. I have to manually turn off the headlights and A/C. The car has been in the garage, locked, and it is still "on" .. it's been like this for an hour. And the fob is at the other side of the house with the battery removed. And, yeah, I've rebooted it a few times now.
I never had this occur with 3.3.2
Yes seeing similar issues. Get in the car, climate set to 70 but blowing at max ac. Toggling max ac button doesn't do anything.Anyone else having AC issues?

I haven’t gotten the alert, but this happens to all EVs in cold temps and if they’re 100% charged. The 50s isn’t cold enough to trigger (usually), but who knows…Anyone else got the Regen temporarily reduced alert? Does cold weather cause this? It’s not incredible cold just in the 50s but have heard on the air that did happen when the batteries were cold.
