You may have a vin by that point, delivery looks near impossible, especially with the inspections that take place before handing the car off to the owner.

She looks good. What is the PFF costing? I have only one quote and it is 5k. What I heard that I liked was that the film is laser cut at that shop. The last time I thought about film was on my Vette end back then, they used a razor to trim, thus the risk of cutting the clear coat and associated damage. One other question I have for anyone out there is - does this invalidate the finish warranty? I was reading the warranty and I saw something about films may void the finish warranty, but it was unclear what exactly that meant. I wish to get a definitive answer before putting the film on.

VIN was assigned 3/19. No further communication since then.

Vin assigned 2/15 . The car is in the studio and on a service hold for many weeks.

I spoke with my DA on Thursday and my car had arrived in Millbrae (Wed or Thurs) and was in line for inspection. From what I've been told, unless some issue is found, inspection should be 1 day and detailing can be 1-3 days. Waiting to hear about delivery, though my SA reached out to me on Friday to tell me he called Millbrae and requested he gets to do it.

Called DA, told me to start financing, which is good for 30 days. So, I’m hoping for early April.

Someone else in another thread was told to not finance until a week before delivery. Take that with a grain of salt but if that's any indication...
 
Here's my posting from Thursday:
So after yesterday's disappointing news that car won't be ready till mid-April when I would be headed to CT, my DA called today to say good news, car is ready to leave the factory and expect delivery in about 10 days in Florida. Fingers crossed.

I considered going black roof - but decided to stay silver. The red looks black fairly easily and I didn’t want an all black car.

of course the beauty of a wrap is you can change your mind :)
 
I ordered Grey originally, and about a week after confirming I changed my mind to the red.
I am SUPER pleased with the red - even if there will be a fair few identical looking cars in the Bay Area :)
I went with the Mojave interior and that works really well.

so far, 2 days in - I LOVE IT :)

I plan to wrap the upper portion to match whatever color I choose. But I really have only seen White in person. I may end up liking the other colors once I see them.
 
On November 15, 2021, I confirmed Quantum Grey GT with Mojave Interior and 21" Aero Blade wheels. So far, no word from Lucid on VIN or build date.

No problem. If you really want to create work for yourself, you could add a column for either shipping "in the coming days" or actual ship date. Really appreciate your efforts.
 
How many Santa Cruz interior cars get VINs this week In any color but Silver? I hope mine is one of them so that I don’t go another week disappointed 😢 What do you say?

You are are probably right, but that would mean the car body has been painted and they are building the skateboard and interior in the early part of the week.
