I'm experiencing the same issue with my Lucid Air and ChargePoint charger at home. I've had the Lucid Air for almost two months and used the ChargePoint charger several times without any problems. However, during my last two charging sessions, the Lucid app displayed a charging error. Although the app confirms the cable is connected and the ChargePoint unit's display light turns blue (indicating readiness), the car doesn't charge. As a temporary workaround, I resolved the issue by toggling the circuit breaker for the charger off and on. It's frustrating, but until the two companies resolve the issue, this might be a viable workaround.
