RESOLVED Blown Speaker

After I picked up the car 2 weeks ago I thought I had the parcel shelf issue with speaker rattling and contacted service. They were very helpful and came pretty quickly.

The tech came over today and found out that, for once, it wasn't actually the parcel shelf, but the whole center speaker that was blown. He said he hasn't really seen that before. They are scheduling a field replacement shortly.

Just an FYI to anyone who has rear speaker rattling that it might not necessarily be the parcel shelf.

So, my subwoofer was buzzing again, and the field tech confirmed that the replacement subwoofer had been blown again. Fortunately, they can now fix it with a mobile appointment.

I don't listen to music that loudly, so I guess it's just bad luck of the draw. Regular SS.

Are you referring to the speaker on the rear deck? That is the only subwoofer in the car, so I’d imagine so

I've got a buzzing from the back on certain sounds/notes. SSP. Mobile is coming Thursday to take a look. Don't know if mine is similar to yours, but I will try to upload a video here. You can hear it at approximately :03 to :09. (I cannot hear it in the recording if I play the video on the laptop, but it is clear when I have headphones on.)
