Any way to stop the "For the best mobile key experience..." notification for on Android app?

The "For the best mobile key experience keep the Lucid app open" notification goes off every time I close the Lucid app on Android app & it drives me nuts.

I don't see a way to prevent only this notification from popping up. Anyone been able to do so? I don't want to turn off other alerts.

Stop closing the app. Mobile key will not work well if you do.

There is no way to turn off that alert.

Sorry - I just realized “closing” is unclear and you may not mean that you’re killing the app. If that’s the case, and you’re just exiting the app without killing it, this thread is your savior:

Just leave the app by hitting the home button. If you hit the back button to exit, it will give you that message. Going to the home screen just leaves it running in the background.

Hey thanks Neurio. It bugs me too (although not as much as Gavram ) and your solution works!

Yeah, I think I'm a bit of an anomaly as I can't stand having apps running in the background so I close them...not force stop but just so they're not in the active apps background screen.

Mobile key works great for me without the app running so I only use the app in the winter to heat the car. I'll just keep it in the background from now on...but they should really allow you to turn off this notification.
