With the new software update(Rev. 2.1.10), the driver‘s seat does go back for easy entry/exit. The problem I have is it does not come back to my seat position as set in my profile. I have to manually revert to that position. Has anybody noticed this issue also? Any help is appreciated.

you can push the brake or buckle your seat belt to get it to move back.

I had the same issue and had to have service come out and reset the seat.

That worked. Thanks
Can you adjust how far the seat will go back and lower to? My wife is 5' so for her to step on the brake to make it go back to her profile settings, she's almost lying flat on the seat.😎
She ends up having to adjust the seats manually before she gets in the car.

No, not yet. But instead of hitting the brake, she could also buckle her seatbelt. That also causes the easy entry to revert to your seat position.

Yesterday the Lucid Service tech came to my office and performed a "homing" to fix my EASY ENTRY/EXIT feature. It is working flawlessly and I really like it. I had occasionally hit my head while getting in but no more. Thanks Lucid for this feature!!

Thanks. She'll be happy to know this.

Easy entry/exit works, however, it retracts fully and to the lowest position, making it equally difficult to exit and enter the vehicle. You should be able to set a position of retraction that is most comfortable for the driver.

Yes I have the same issue after the updated

My easy entry seat selling is so low that it crushes everything behind the driver seat, even a metal dog bowl. So far it hasn’t hurt the car, but I would really like it not to be so low. I have to fall into the car to get into it.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to alter the easy entry position. The seat just goes back as far and low as it can, which is rather unhelpful. I turned the feature off for this reason.

I do hope Lucid eventually makes this a programmable setting. In the meantime, I wouldn’t leave anything behind the drivers seat if you plan to keep using it.

Since the last update: 2.4.3 my easy entry seats program no longer works. I have done a logo reset, turn signal reset, and Bobby reset changing profiles and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Contact service. They may need to rest it, so-called “seat homing.”

I wish, Lucid can do the same on the passenger seat too (memory/easy entry).

Yes there are quite a few improvements that I can imagine to the memory seat functionality. Give me a couple buttons somewhere!

Easy entry has never worked for me in the 10 months since I’ve on the car.
A technician did the homing procedure today but it was unsuccessful.
I’ve got an appointment for the end of the month at the service center for it to be looked at again.
Anybody else in a similar situation where the homing procedure did not work?

My car went in for service for the non working easy entry the after the homing procedure did not fix it.
While there they did the speaker fix and replaced the high voltage battery contactors.

Picked up the car a few days later and the easy entry still didn't work.
Told service and they sent a technician out to the car.
We spent about a half hour trying to get it to work.

Still did not work so they kept the car there another couple of days.
Got a message that the car is ready.

Of course it still doesn't work.
Another technician joins me in the parking lot .
He shows me that if the seat is positioned very high and forward that the easy entry functions.

I say, "OK but hardly anybody would drive so high and scrunched up against the steering wheel".

He said he understood but implied that that was all that could be done and it would be eventually fixed in a software update.

Any thoughts?

I stopped using the Easy Entry/Exit because it went too far back and down for me making it harder to enter or exit. My previous cars would allow you to set the amount the seat retracted and that was perfect. Hopefully in a future OTA Update they will allow us to make the adjustments needed.

That sounds like they need to replace the seat.
