RESOLVED Activating seat entry/exit

That sounds like they need to replace the seat.

That is what I expected they would have to do.
But after 3 failed attempts, and they now blame it on software, what can I do?

Fortunately, it is not that big a deal. I made a profile called Entry/Exit and use it when exiting the car.
