They cant diagnose it remotely because the communication module is the issue. A five minute mobile service visit will get you back online most likely after they disconnect the module and plug it back in. That is all it took when mine experienced the issue.

You need to unplug the communication module in the trunk and plug it back in and the problem will get solved. Sometimes during an update the module goes offline and the only way to bring it back online is to disconnect it and plug it back in. Disconnecting the 12v battery terminal might also...

You will most likely need the communication module reset, Unfortunately the only way to do that is to disconnect the module and plug it back in or disconnect the 12v battery. I had a tech come out and unplug the module and plug it back in. Its in the trunk.

Guess you have never been in a blackout that lasts several days. I once drove my old Tesla Model S to 2 superchargers looking for a supercharger open until I ended up at zero miles and had to leave because none had power and I could not make it home. I think of this like an added insurance policy.

Because that is what I like. We are all entitled to our own opinions. I don't listen to instrumental music and if Lucid only designs their cars for older people than they will miss out on a large segment of the population.

I never said it sucked.. I said it was satisfactory but leaves allot to be desired. As with most other things in the car they seem to give us a little of everything but with software updates they can make things much better.
