Keep on mode

I feel like it's an accident rather than a feature, but if you turn on regular climate control and turn it back off, that should deactivate keep mode. I think newer versions of the app may deactivate the climate control button when keep is on, but I can do this via Home Assistant. Maybe the Siri (or Google equivalent) shortcuts for climate control still work that way?
Unfortunately on Android it's greyed out.
Also is there a way to leave the car on with kids in the back and have the car keep climate and audio system on and usable? I don't want to leave my mobile key in the car or my phone.
Climate, yes: Creature Comfort. Audio, no. They can use their phones.
