So I capped out the referral limit for the year and lost out on this.

Plus I’ve had one heck of a challenge trying to claim the HQ and factory tour over the past month (which has put me in an awkward scheduling position with a career transition I’m making). It’s quite literally been pulling teeth to get Lisa or others to reply back or follow up with me.

Also, trying to change your email address seems to wreak havoc as the referral system doesn’t properly sync with your lucid account systems.

I can’t say the referral program has been kind to me. . .

Doesn’t change the fact that I’m likely a top contributor — yet I feel penalized for being that.

Penalized how? By the cap? The cap applies to everyone.

As for response times - I imagine that’s largely because it’s new. I agree, though, that that has to improve rapidly.
