It's been iffy for me too. Sometimes it starts with no problem, other times, either only 1 or two are working and I have to use the Lucid app to start the charge session and sometimes, authentication error prevents me from charging. Today, an ID4 was using the only one that was working. One that had an unlit screen for weeks looked like it was back up. Authentication errors. Asked the ID4 and she said it didn't work for her either. Called EA, waited over 10 minutes then asked them to reboot and same problem. By the time all the attempts at rebooting car/EA and other steps, the ID4 driver offered to let me use the working one since she reached 80%. Had to use the Lucid app to initiate charge session but it worked.
