That’s the first thing I said when picking the car up when I saw the charger bag just sitting in the trunk. I liked that design on the Air. I’m surprised they didn’t carry it over because it’s more of a problem when the seats are folded into the trunk, the charger bag just lays out with nowhere to place it.
So tow hitch as in the "tow receiver" mentioned in the manual as attachable to the receiver housing unit?
Do you also have the tow bar that needs to be installed by Lucid?
My belief is that it's all there and hidden behind the panel. I haven't pulled it off yet to check =P

I also find it interesting that the actual trailer towing ability will come later in a software update.

I got the connector thing in a bag. Haven’t looked at it because tow mode isn’t enabled yet.
Not sure it matters that much. Just more time between batches, however that really works. I think there’s probably plenty of demand for AG and Black before they move on to others. Regardless, they don’t seem to be able to really ramp yet. It’s to be expected, just frustrating for those of us waiting. If I can get my GDE or GGT before year end, it will still be a much shorter waiting process than my R1S or first Tesla.

Hopefully the Gravity sells as well as the X and there will be an aftermarket hitch (though maybe all the people who care about this buy Rivians now.)There may potentially be a glimmer of hope, if you're willing to take the risk of using a non-Lucid approved part. The Gravity towing setup looks to be the same as the model X -- and some model X owners discovered that the removable Bosal hitch wasn't quite as up to towing larger loads (~5k camper trailers, cross country and back, multiple times... in addition to multiple e-bikes, or many smaller bikes). So they installed an aftermarket hitch that supports 750 lb hitch loads (though is not detachable).

It might not fit the Gravity, and it had a 5k lb towing limit, vs 6k, but it should give you an idea of what might be possible -- either in the future via an etrailer or such product... or your own newly acquired welding skills
I think this is because it is unlikely to ship with the wall charger for the lower trim models. Much like the Air, most people don’t use the charger and it’s more of a waste of space.
Good point. I’ve still got the original CCS one from the old Air collecting dust in the garage now.

I got the same email yesterday but I am about to get delivery this week on my GGT. I called the studio and they said it would be a while since the HUD is on hold (cannot recall exact terms but you get the gist) so that is a hard no.
