There may potentially be a glimmer of hope, if you're willing to take the risk of using a non-Lucid approved part. The Gravity towing setup looks to be the same as the model X -- and some model X owners discovered that the removable Bosal hitch wasn't quite as up to towing larger loads (~5k camper trailers, cross country and back, multiple times... in addition to multiple e-bikes, or many smaller bikes). So they installed an aftermarket hitch that supports 750 lb hitch loads (though is not detachable).
You can find it on etrailer:
https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hitch/Tesla/Model+X/2022/76143.html.
It might not fit the Gravity, and it had a 5k lb towing limit, vs 6k, but it should give you an idea of what might be possible -- either in the future via an etrailer or such product... or your own newly acquired welding skills

(Or, if we're very very lucky, and Peter copied some of the rear bumper measurements from the X over to the Gravity, it *might* fit the Gravity)
