We are nice enough to have an owner volunteer to do an AMA about their ownership experience with the Gravity so far.

Please post a question but also if your question has been asked, please vote it up so the most sought after questions are at the top of the list.

Anything off topic or not a question will be deleted. Keep this organized!

I carried a 7-footer in my Air, so I'd be extremely surprised if you couldn't.

Air smelled like Pine for months, lol

No roof rack?

I am in the northeast! But that vehicle makes it hard to put things on the roof. They get squished.

I have the same car, jered, and really wish I had a roof rack again, for both the annual tree, and occasional lumber (I'd also be more likely to lease the Air if it had a hitch installation option)

Yes... It also automatically folds down with the left seat (middle row), but you can leave the left and right seats up and lower the middle seat. Does that answer your question? :)

That was exactly what I was asking! Thank you so much!

And the picture shows it well.

Thank you again for all those seat measurements. They are incredibly telling how much room there is.

Ooh; I have a question I haven't seen yet!

What fake sound does the Gravity make when moving at low speed? My EV is a 2019 and pre-dates the late-2019 NHTSA pedestrian warning sound requirement.

I haven't noticed most vehicles, but some brand (that drives by my house often, maybe Toyota?) makes a weird LOUD hovering spaceship sound and it is literally the most annoying sound ever. I hate it.

borski's wagon needs wood panels to make it perfect!

So Lucid amazes me again on their attention to functionality:
Everyone take a look at the upper right portion of the opening left in the seat back when the middle seat of the 2nd row is folded. Notice how the post that is part of the locking mechanism isn’t intruding into the pass through, potentially acting as a hang-up, like it does on the BMW iX? (Something my wife and child noticed in the BMW)

Someone at Lucid was thinking practically, and that is something I really appreciate! Like the rear interior sill being higher than the rear door “rubber” weather seal to help the seal not be damaged.

Assuming it's the same, the Air's low-speed sound is definitely hovering spaceship, but I wouldn't call it loud. I can't hear it at all from the inside with the windows up, and from the outside I'd say it's just loud enough to notice from maybe 20ft away. I know what you're talking about, I can hear some EVs from across a crowded parking lot. Air is not one of them. If you listen next time a newer Tesla passes by in a parking lot, I'd say it's pretty close to the same.
