The website and standard equipment list in OP both state that Touring includes Nappa full-grain leather. The leather in the Touring is not Nappa.

I know I said it somewhere else, but kinda bonkers you can’t option that in in a 100k ish car (if true).Hmmm...no massage function on Touring?
yeah---I emailed my DA asking if a doc exists with a side-by-side comparison of both models (most OEMs do). If he provides one I'll post it hereI know I said it somewhere else, but kinda bonkers you can’t option that in in a 100k ish car (if true).
Also annoying that these differences aren’t listed at all on the compare part of the site…
I have to say I'm really disappointed, and surprised, the Surround View Monitoring + Blind Spot Display are not included in the Touring. I can understand certain options like massage seats, DreamDrive Pro, etc being an option, but not a safety related item. As someone else mentioned, some of these features are included on much less expensive vehicles. Oh well........Just received this list of Touring Standard and Optional equipment from my showroom advisor today. Its very helpful and I have not seen it before.

What I haven't seen is whether the Touring and Pure have all the cameras and sensors, not the LIDAR, that the GT and Dream have. If they are there, then it seems not odd to have that additional Blind Spot Display, or at least offer it as an option. I just think a car that will list for well over $100K is lacking features that are safety related, if the hardware is there.I think there is a difference between blind spot display and blind spot warning. The Lucid GT has both. The one that's on many lower priced cars is the indicator on the side mirrors that lights up when another car is in the blind spot. Though I can't say for sure, I'm assuming that remains in the Touring.
I think blind spot display is the crystal clear video and cameras that shows the driver what's in the blind spot on both the left and right side of the dash. I'm guessing that's the part that's not included.
If you build a "similarly" specced Taycan, with a 93kwh pack, and all the other similar tech features and interior specs it comes out to around 125k.What I haven't seen is whether the Touring and Pure have all the cameras and sensors, not the LIDAR, that the GT and Dream have. I never thought I'd say this about Porsche's "you need to option literally everything in" schemes... but at least they give the options to pick what you want. I get that they require payment for additional sensors, but am more irked at things locked behind trims that are 40K+ more.If you build a "similarly" specced Taycan, with a 93kwh pack, and all the other similar tech features and interior specs it comes out to around 125k.
Surround View - $1,200
LCA (blind spot camera view) - $950
ACC - $2,050
Just as an example

Ah my bad - I meant upgrading to AGT from touring for things like choosing seats. Yeah DDP is 9K and I actually am optioning it in.I don’t think DreamDrive Pro is 40k+ more, and I believe it includes the sensors for BSD and surround monitoring.
Porsche is notorious for nickel/dime-ing on every conceivable option and extra. Lucid had the opportunity to surprise us by over-delivering. Instead, as details dribble out, they are disappointing us by under-delivering.If you build a "similarly" specced Taycan, with a 93kwh pack, and all the other similar tech features and interior specs it comes out to around 125k.

I guess I don't really see the point of something like a HUD, but that could be completely due to my driving position and height. The instrument cluster on the Air is essentially the same height for me that a HUD would be so I find it unnecessary.Porsche is notorious for nickel/dime-ing on every conceivable option and extra. Another example: no head-up display---why, if you want to be a standard-setter?
Might turn out to be right--I still haven't been offered a drive.I guess I don't really see the point of something like a HUD, but that could be completely due to my driving position and height.
