Test Drive restricted to GT reservations

I just called the ShortHills location (nearest to my home) to schedule a test drive and I was informed it's currently restricted to those with GT reservations. Anyone experienced this?

I'd keep calling. I reserved a Pure down here in Miami and my sales contact called yesterday to offer me a test drive of the GT. Yes it's not what i ordered but at this point I'm more curious about checking out the general driving experience, fit and finish, etc.

Interesting that they told you that. If you don't already have an SA, I would call the main Lucid sales line to get a test drive scheduled as they can arrange from their end. For reference, I had previously reserved a Touring and scheduled a test drive through my SA a couple weeks back in Scottsdale to check out pre-June 30 deadline. Ended up upgrading after the test drive.
