Tesla has acquired 2112 acres of land to build their Giga factory in Texas.

Lucid bought about 700 acres of land to build their AMP1. Now AMP2 is under construction which would be completed by the end of 2012 and production of Gravity will start at the end of 2023. AMP3 will start construction around 2024.

Recently Lucid bought 1300 acres nearby making the total land amount 2000 acres. Somewhere it was noted they bought an additional 113 acres nearby, which would make the total area 2113 acres, which makes equal to Tesla Giga Texas.

Does this mean, Lucid Motors have plans for the future to make Lucid Mega-factory?

Like to hear from others.

So…… look at the size of Tesla and the size of Lucid. Something doesn’t seem right with the size of Lucid’s factory for the market they’re selling to. The reservations don’t add up for the factory they’re building. So either they’re very ambitious and hoping for the best or something hasn’t been announced to justify why such a big plant is being built so early in the game.

Look, it took Tesla 14 years to reach a point for Giga Texas and took over 5 years to produce Model S.

Lucid is less than an year old since they released their first car. So don't beat Lucid.

It does take time to reach 1 Million sales. Tesla is achieving it in 15 years.

Probably Lucid will reach that point in 10 years. VW will reach that point in 5 years.

Dont say we don't know what future holds. That is what every one said about Tesla 10 years ago.

HAVE FAITH!

You're ignoring the fact that Tesla has Fremont manufacturing cars and Nevada doing motors and battery assembly along with Shanghai in full production. Giga Berlin is coming online. Lucid is bringing the motor assembly that is currently in leased space into their growing campus. Yeah, they've got big plans for Gravity and I'm assuming smaller versions of the Air and Gravity. They also need to have space for their Tesla Powerwall like system factory.

They will. They will.

Tesla released their first car in 2008. Dont forget. Nearly 15 years ago.

Everything takes time!
