It took them a while to get the spare strut. I think 2-3 weeks in my case. Does your error consistently come up every time you start driving the car? Mine triggered about 10-15% of the time.
Finally came and got the car, transported to Seattle for strut replacement. Suspension control fault warning came on and went away over the last month or so. No problems driving it with the fault warning on or off. Hopefully they can figure out what is happening. Said I should get it back in a week or two. Interesting note, I asked the transporter what they charged for transporting the car from Portland Or. to Seattle and they said $500. I noticed there was a Tesla in the same transport carrier and they said yea, they were only paying $200 for the same trip. I notified the service center, I would be willing to fly to Seattle and pick up the car for $100, and drive it back. No response. I also did not request a rental, trying to save them some money. No response. Makes you wonder?

Hi there! I am a new owner of the Pure and also have been experiencing driving vibrations and rough ride on the highway. Did they end up finding that the balance was off of the tires? I don’t have any faults on the display. 200 miles. Any help would be great. Service is calling me be back this coming Tuesday. I was an original Pure RWD reservation holder and upgrading during these promotions period. Thanks in advance! -Nick
Completely forgot about the vibration. They did say that my tires were slightly off balance. Havent felt it since they fixed that.
Got the car back in a week and the suspension control fault was diagnosed as a loose connection. It has been two months later and 1000 miles more and the suspension control fault has come on again. WTF?

Accident? Uh oh…hope you’re ok.
Had the car transported to Seattle, again, and waiting to hear from service department as to what is the problem. Noticed they had a recall of 2022 models for this problem, (Suspension control fault) mine is a 2023 model so maybe they haven't fixed the original recall problem after all.
I'm experiencing almost the exact same issue with my 2025 Touring. They replaced the suspension control module last summer and it was great for a while then popped back up in November and was occurring sporadically then around Christmas it now happens every time. Getting really frustrated with this happening again and cant drive it. Will be calling support here soon and hopefully a mobile tech comes out otherwise it will have to be towed down 70ish miles to Denver.

I get the suspension control fault every time I get in. Mine was self inflicted and has to do with the wiring and the computer seeing the suspension not sitting correctly. I put in a full air suspension so I replaced the stock springs with air struts. The stock Bilstein shock goes through the center of the air strut and the active dampeners are still connected. Not sure why people are saying the car won’t drive as mine still drives every day and still functions with the active dampeners just fine. I agree though if not self inflicted by doing a lowering kit or something else that might make the suspension read different then it should be fixed but not sure I would say you couldn’t drive it. My error has been since October 2023 and no issues besides the warning which turns into a small triangle with an explanation mark inside.
Ya I've driven with it in this condition plenty, it just becomes INSANELY floaty and feels like it will bottom out on medium bumps. It just isn't pleasant to drive, nor fun. I actually used your air build as a way to learn how the thing is put together when it happened the first time to understand what might be the issue.

My guess is there is a loose connection at the upper or lower part of the shock. Possibly disconnect the plugs, clean with some electrical cleaner spray and reconnect…maybe add a little electrical gel if you know what you are doing…similar to a battery connector.
Unfortunately no luck, both the upper solenoid and lower solenoid on each wheel reseated and cleaned out with no change. Also did a resistance test to see if one of them was bad and all 4 showed no difference at least at rest. Likely its some other wire connection somewhere else....
Figured I would post info on what I've found so far with the suspension issue:
The supper floaty condition is due to the system failing to initialize and going into failsafe mode.
This supposedly can happen for many reasons but it should occur before it transmits to the actual shocks
Each front wheel has a purple connector which does double duty in connecting to the 2 solenoids, one upper and one lower, to the elevation sensor which is the little lucid marked box behind the wheel, the brakes, and I believe a couple other spots.
These wires are pretty exposed, I kinda wish Lucid would move them behind the splash shielding and add some better shielding at the connector since it seems every single connector has a gap between it and where its wire wrap starts
I've ran resistence tests on every wire and the 4 solenoids have at least on mine an at rest resistence of ~4 Ω
It is REALLY hard to find any good videos or pics of teardowns of the actual vehicle, like i think there is only 1 video on youtube that isnt a marketing piece:

This youtuber was getting an electricly dead lucid back to life and did a big teardown and magically for just a moment at around 4:36 he shows the suspension control module and says where its located: in the back right corner of the car with the 12v battery. Now since I'm currently not at home and cant look for myself I looked into where i could find the module since i've been at that battery once or twice for something else and didnt see it before.
Then on the lucid owners club facebook group this image appeared: The dang thing was literally sitting right next to the battery the whole time and i missed it. The black box in the bottom right of this image with the white lucid label. Part number is : P11-SESD10-xx with xx being the revision and i've seen 05 06 and 07 around before and its made by continental and from what i could find was originally used in a certain mercedes models (C class - W205, E-Class - W213/W238, and GLC-Class - x253). Funny enough in this image at the top you can see the part that caused the 2022 recall p11-j50000-03 which is the car wiring harness(?)
So while i still dont have it solved, I figured since this thread is the only real resource anywhere about this issue, that I would post all the info i've learned so far

So I have good news! I was able to find the issue and solve it. On the suspension control module at the connector furthest from the back of the car the first 2 wires in that connector are the power and ground wires and there is absolutely NO slack in how its wired. Well the furthest thing in that is the power terminal, which once i used a back probe to check it.... it reseated the terminal and the error has completely stopped. I know there was a recall in 2022 for that wire being too lose in places but at that location the wire doesnt even have enough slack to properly handle shrinkage from temperature at the very least let alone if something jarring happens.

Part of the recall (I don’t remember) may have been to lengthen that wiring harness. It might be worth asking service to see if it was ever done on your vehicle.
