I will say, I am kind of surprised they pushed 3.2.2 so quickly when it doesn’t seem to address any of the warning bugs fully but did bring the black screen issue (I think).

Just got the USB charging not working call service notification (again).

Hoping they can get their arms around all the warnings.

If they are still having fob and phone as key issues whenever I take delivery, how bothersome is it to just use the keycard? Is it like Tesla? Yes that is a pain compared to phone as key, especially once you get used to walk away locking--but that is just a matter of routine. I'd rather deal with a slightly bothersome but reliable routine than an elegant but frizzy one.

I think the main problem with the key card is it’s easier to forget it than the fob that stays in your pocket.

That said, I got my Gravity on Friday presumably with an updated fob and it has worked flawlessly (once I learned to ignore the “key not found” notifications that don’t actually affect functionality).

Should also note I don’t have the 3.3.2 update yet so I don’t know if that will help or hurt anything.

It’s a pain for the reasons you mentioned. Also, for some folks, it hasn’t worked - but that seems to be a small minority. It’s just like Tesla where you need the card to get in and to start it.

We've noticed some 3.3.2 quirks, mostly as noted before. The ones I haven't seen reported:

1) Climate control turns on FULL POWER when entering the vehicle; it was chilly today but I was still greeted with an overpowering fan blast. I don't know if this is over-eager attempts to cool or a new bug, but cycling the climate settings off and on returns to more normal operation. At least the Gravity has powerful fans!

2) I installed a Samsung T9 Shield for Halo Secure recordings with no problems. When I came back to the car a few minutes later, the wipers were in service mode, and easy entry settings had been reset. Huh? I'm not sure any of these things are related, but it was weird.

3) Lucid Vibes colors seem to randomly reset. This might possibly be related to the intermittent very long boot time when entering the car, which was not present before. Now it seems like we get blank screens for 1-2 minutes a few times a day.

Halo Secure recording/playback is great. Way less broken/slow than on our X. I only wish there was a "Sentry Mode" equivalent for recording motion events.

Totally agree on Halo playback. It’s great.

Also, I noticed #1 today. Seems to be the front passenger side air that comes on at a “hold onto your toupee”-like force. I turn that one down and it’s good to go. Not the worst bug.

That's super weird. I have absolutely no idea why that would happen.

If you look in vibes, they’ll show as whatever color you had them on, but they’ll actually be on in the car as white (whatever they call that color)…sometimes, though, you get in and he color IS what you last had it set to.

Interesting; tbh, I've literally never paid attention to this haha, so I have no idea if this happens to us. I'll have to take a look next week!

That's correct -- we went to dinner last night. Got back in the car and it took a while to boot up (new in 3.3.2 as noted). The accent trim was all cool-white, and I said "huh, don't you have your profile set to that green-aqua color?" I checked, it was set to that, I set it to something else and then back to the original setting and it adjusted. (Please don't ask me to remember any of the silly names for the colors.)

That was my first thought too! No, Max A/C wasn't on -- although the grey vs black activation state of buttons also remains a minor annoyance of mine.

None of this interferes with driving (well, other than the long boot time) and things are definitely trending in the right direction, but I do feel a bit like post-sales QE when there's an update.... what new things will have changed/broken? As long as they don't accidentally trigger the ejection seats it's fine.

Same thing happens to me after the 'auto-reboot,' which seems to happen once a day. Air is on full blast. Also, the second row reading lights come on and have to be turned off manually. Cannot do from pilot screen. Not a big deal. Just means second row reading lights are on all the time. The non-saving of the Lucid Vibes setting has been happening since delivery of the car. I've just given up on that 'atmospheric' gimmick and just have on 'zen' at low illumination setting, same whether vibes are on or off. Sounds like all of the above are common bugs that will likely be rectified at some point. I'm giving local service techs bug updates every few weeks because they asked me to. These will be included on my next report.

On the plus side, car drives great and no problems with the keys anymore. Looking forward to PAK tho

My buddy is borrowing mine this weekend to tow a 4000lb camper. Given we’ve had zero “you can’t drive” errors or whatever, I trust this car pretty well.

I’m hopeful more are like mine.

Question: I've got the tow package, but it didn't come with a ball. I'm not planning on towing anything soon, just curious about the options.

I have rebooted about 5 times. No difference. Also changed the battery in the key fob. The blank screen issue is very very consistent with my car.

Also it’s impacts the driver profile and seat adjustments. And I can’t access the home link buttons so I have to just wait to leave or I can’t close the garage.

My Homelink button is accessible, it just rarely recognizes when I touch it.

I set the custom button on the right side of steering wheel to Homelink function, which works if I press it enough times, but never consistently and often it queues up multiple presses and the door cycles up/down in random steps. It's really annoying, hope they fix it soon.

I've just finished reading the 9 pages of posts for 3.3.2. I installed it last night and this morning I tried to drive to work but there were error messages about the parking brake not engaged and another that the car might roll. Those were very erroneous however as when I attempted to drive, the parking brake was very definitely engaged. Lucid responded very well & had the car towed from my garage to their Natick Mass service center. I'm glad I still have the Model X.

I have this exact issue. I set the custom button as screen didn’t recognize my touch most of the time. Now, custom button works - but often takes several presses. Still better than on the screen.

FWIW my Gravity also does the full blast AC in the mornings and I am still on 3.3.1.

FWIW, I just spoke with the support tech in Natick about the FOB issue (I ran into it a few mins ago, despite no issues earlier in the day) and he recommended doing the following.

1. Remove the battery from the FOB,
2. Wait 30 seconds,
3. Put the battery in the FOB while pressing the Vehicle Unlock button (this is important).
4. He also mentioned Lucid engineering is aware and doing more detailed logging.

This process does a soft reset of the fob, and at least for the moment, I don't get the "key not found" alert.

Perhaps this helps some of the folks.
