Shock tilt alarm and location error

Hi all. Very odd thing just happened. My shock tilt alarm went off. I called my wife as she had the car and wanted to make sure she was ok. She went to check the car and all was good. However when I checked the location on the app, it showed the car was in another part of the city so I thought it was stolen at first. I've called cs. They got all the info for record. Has this happened to anyone else?
