My key works completely fine. Some cars have some issues, yes. Most don’t, it seems.
For those that do, it doesn’t feel any better, but that doesn’t change anything about the numbers.
My Air works great. So does my Gravity. So do most vehicles they produce.
Service is literally there to address issues that occur with the vehicle. That is what service does.

You don’t have to buy the car. You don’t even have to like it. You can also think it’s broken. All those things are your right.
