Rear Heat

Has anyone else noticed the rear heat is not all that warm? When I turn it on and feel the air coming out from under the seats, it’s luke warm. My wife agreed. Not as warm as the heat in the front. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is it luke warm on both sides? I ask as one time I noticed that it was blowing cold on the rear driver's side and warm on the rear passenger side for some reason. When I maxed out the heat on the front drivers side it then started blowing warm in the back and stayed that way. Strange.
