Passenger door handle broken / grinding

Door handle replaced by mobile service. Updated part from original. Air Touring delivered in Dec of 2022. Not sure when updated part was added to production line or if it has been.

This just happened to me yesterday on my front passenger side door. Oddly it is by far the least used door as my kids frequently use the rear doors. Waiting to hear back from customer service…hoping it’s the same quick fix as everyone else’s.

Yup. Door handle gremlin got our Lucid AT too. Same symptoms as OP, grinding noise, the whole shebang. Recommended percussive fix didn't fix it. Lucid Customer Care recommends crawling across car for ingress & egress until Service can get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. Yikes!
