Passenger airbag fault and hazard lights won't turn off

So had my first issue after 525 miles of ownership of my lucid AT. Got a warning on the dash of passenger airbag fault issue and to call customer service. My hazard lights also wouldn't turn off during this entire episode - thus far called service and told me to wait for Scottsdale service to contact me but my hazards were not able to be turned off with the soft reset method or remotely via the lucid customer service folks but they were able to flash my lights and honk my horn. Frustrating, glad they responded promptly but hoping my car isn't out of commission for a while.

It's late 2023. The same issue is happening to my 2023 Lucid Air Touring. We called Lucid, and they're sending a tow, plus a loaner.

Sounds like there's a genuine issue there with your airbag. Not something you want to ignore. Glad they are responding promptly. Hope you get your car back soon.
