Out of Spec - Lucid Gravity Launch Event At The NYC Meatpacking Studio!

Yep I think @Blue Lectroid is the first interview, correct?

Half way through the video and it appears to be mostly interviews.
Pure speculation on my part: maybe they are putting the “full length” video, from their early access (per @Blue Lectroid), on later?

Early access is when I hit the parking garage with all 3 test and drive vehicles…pft

A question @californiaboy935:The below YouTuber mentioned that the turn signal blind spot cameras seemed to be at a “low“ frame rate. I see in your picture that it was operating when you drove it. Did you notice the same thing?

Wow, I didn’t have that experience at all (haven’t yet watched the video) but the blind spot cameras were amazing to me, and seemed to have a quicker response time and far wider frame of view then my Air. I’m hoping some of the image processing will catch up on the air.

Will give the video a watch now to see if my impression changes.

Gravity is super impressive and a desirable vehicle for most. I have not watched the entire video, but his comments that are very critical of the Air draw a clear distinction with Gravity. We are not in a perfect world, and the advances with the Air are amazing for me as a car enthusiast owner. I am not obsessed with perfection of virtually every aspect of the Air and have found that over 30k miles and two cross country drives it has everything that I want and nothing that I do not. Will the Air evolve? It already has with OTA's and will surely improve with subsequent upgrades and redesign in time. We may all want the newest and most advanced vehicle, and Gravity is likely to be unsurpassed, but for two and a half years, I have enjoyed the best car ever compared to my former evolved 991 Turbo S and Panamera GTS.

After reviewing the video, I want to clarify that the road testing unit I was shown for the Meatpacking District ride along was not a final production software unit. It had been specially configured to play a few demo videos for drivers—content that doesn’t come with the standard car. That last-minute modification may have inadvertently affected the camera performance, though the exact cause is unclear. While they didn’t specifically mention slower camera response, they did acknowledge issues with the ride-along demo vehicles compared to the production models displayed inside.

And I concur with that assessment, they took some brief videos of me and @AirDoll reviewing the vehicle so hopefully we can see some of those videos as they do a good job showing our impression of the ride quality and picture quality.

Thanks everyone for the videos, really cool stuff. I'm wondering when they will offer a metal roof. That's what keeps me from ordering.
