It seems your initial reservation date seem to matter more than the "confirm your order" on August 10 prior to IRA date to get invited to finalize your order.Same here, ordered 8/10 and still no invite to confirm! Hoping we get it this week

Yes. Your August “confirmation” date has no impact on when you will be invited. Just as they said it wouldn’t.

Was assigned a DA yesterday and have a call on Friday for details.
May I know how did you know about DA assignment? You got emails? I've not been assigned. I emails them earlier today. I'll be out of country starting next week so I'm trying to sort this logistically out before I fly out. Will be here late December but it will be too late or cutting close for me to complete the paperwork.
how are y'all getting notification of DA assignment?
Mine was by an email to me from the staff assigned as my DA after I finalized and confirmed my order. The invitation to finalize was also via an email notification.

I haven't really kept up with all the details of the various trim levels and what the Pure does or doesn't have. Doesn't concern me too much as I realize I'm choosing the entry level trim that will be missing some luxuries. From what I've seen it will be more than adequate. But I'm having trouble pulling the trigger on my order finalization without knowing the horsepower, range or timeline for the RWD version. Is there a consensus opinion on where these will land?
Was boa an email after I received the invitation to finalize and confirm my order. DA email came later the same day as I finalized and confirmed my order.

My new DA emailed me, but not right away. I never got an email to finalize: I actually just kept checking my account page on the web site until the finalize button appeared.
After finalizing, I think it was at least a few weeks before my DA contacted me. Once he did, I set up a call immediately to chat with him.

Just received an email that my Pure reservation is ready to be ordered. I've already confirmed an order for a Touring so I'll be cancelling the Pure reservation, but just thought I'd post for those interested. I made my Pure reservation May 31, 2022.

Just got an email to finalize my Lucid Air Pure Design. I do not have an early configuration (No AWD, No DDP, etc). Is everyone getting an invite to finalize their design? 
Just got a call from DA. Asked for my address and driver's license. He said I will get my Pure vin assignment within two weeks and he sounded very confident I can get the car EOY. My Pure reservation is actually moving faster than the white Touring.
Just did a test drive, asked about the HP and range of the RWD Pure, was told they still don’t know those specifics yet. I also got the email to finalize, your timeline of delivery will depend on the options you select. If you don’t get the upgraded stereo, for instance, you can expect to get the car probably Q2 next year. I was told I now have 30 days from the date of the email to finalize the order or I lose the locked in pricing.
Was it Pure? If yes then Studio location please? I've tested GT but I'd love to try again on Pure if I can get my hands on.

Trying to give them a call to ask some questions like would that waive our destination fee? I'm likely just going to wait for delivery here in CA. I think 1 week shipment should suffice? Home delivery last week of December. I'm just worried if there's not enough truck drivers and no one to deliver to my home. The Rocklin area is just a service center and I was told I could not pick up there.
Sounds like you're gonna be going there? I suppose if I lived in Santa Monica that won't be as far of a drive. I'm still deciding if I want to take a plane there then drive up 800mi for a guaranteed 2022 delivery.
