Open letter to Lucid after 29 months of ownership

Open letter to a lucid. I’m in love with my Lucid even with the small quirks. Every time I look, my wife gets jealous 😂

I haven’t owned a car like Lucid prior.

My 23 Air is the best car I have ever driven. Nevertheless, Lucid still needs to fix the mobile key experience and the wipers. Or better yet, trade my car with @Bobby and I would have the perfect car! :)

Perfection is in the eye of the beholder

Hello All,

I am coming up on three years of ownership with my dream edition. I realized that my car is perfect but the way the AIR drives is second to none (based on my experiences of both owning different exotics and other EV’s. It hasn’t been perfect but it still a pleasure to drive and most of the issues are little nags aren’t that big a deal.

The car software is very good now and easier to use compared to so many other EV’s because they have too much touchscreen controls.

I look forward to getting my new Gravity to add to my Lucid collection!!

Another Lucid lover here. My hubby often jokes that I love the car more than I do him. At least I think he's joking. 🤔
I don't have my other cars listed. My other car is now an 11 year old Elantra, so that's no comparison to the Lucid. My husband's other car is a late model Honda Accord Turbo. It has serious power, Carplay/AA, even a HUD. He picked that car out and loved it - until we got the Lucid. Now, even with the quirks the Lucid occasionally has, he only wants to drive the Air.

He's not wrong 🤣

Coming up on three years with my GT. It is far and away the best car that I have ever owned. I just let HA handle an hour of stop and go traffic on the I-10 between Casa Grande and Phoenix. Very relaxing with the car starting and stopping while I sat back and sipped on ice water.

Adding my voice to the choir. Best experience in my near 60 years of driving, starting with my Dad's 1960 White Plymouth with tails -- Amen!

And to the Lucid folks who read this forum, even those who stay quiet: you rock. Thank you for listening. We have our little complaints, but we’re still here because we’re loving it, and we see how much you care too.
I thought I was the only one here. There are others?!

Absolutely love this car art. This is the reason I go to auto shows. Last show I went to here in Philly had a mid 60s Chrysler Newport convertible, that had a truck so large it could sleep a family of 6. Something like this

Is this a place for fan-boys to sing the praises of Lucid? I'm adding my voice to the choir. I can't think of any other car at any price that I would rather have. Amortizing the cost of developing the Lucid Air ... it cost way more than any exotic I've heard of...and they sell it to us for pennies...

with the possible exception of this vintage 60's EV:

It's available. Highest bidder must arrange shipment.
