He drives a Model S so things are a bit awkward between us. He refuses to test my robustness levels. But I do feel this sensation right here ...You don’t feel robustier? Talk to your doctor if this is not the case!
What was the 12 volt issue?I got a call from the Miami Service Center today in response to my call last week about problems since the 2.2.2 update. They had not heard of anyone else having 12-volt power interruptions.
However, they currently have two cars in the shop relating to problems with Alexa since the update. They either find it takes a while after starting the car before Alexa will respond, or Alexa will not respond at all until the car is rebooted (the issue I am having). They said the Lucid software team is already working on a fix which will probably come out in an update.
They said they would send a mobile tech to check out our car, but since it sounds more like a software issue than an issue with the car itself, I declined until I accumulate further experience with the issues relating to 12-volt power interruption and Alexa.
Try an Air-Logo reset. Follow that with a phone restart if it still doesn’t work.I noticed the car is not responding to the app following the update. I've tried more than once to turn AC on, unlock the doors, or honk from the app and it didn't do anything (the app performs the action normally without errors). Anyone else facing the same issue?
Soft-reset did it (left turn signal). ThanksTry an Air-Logo reset. Follow that with a phone restart if it still doesn’t work.
It started rolling out on June 26 so is still under a week. I'd probably give it until the end of the week before reaching out to CSIs 2.2.10 in general availability yet or are they still rolling it out? I haven't received a notification yet that's its available for my AT.
This is one that makes no changes you can see in the car, so there's no reason to be in a hurry for it.Is 2.2.10 in general availability yet or are they still rolling it out? I haven't received a notification yet that's its available for my AT.

I can't win... Major updates take a week or two to come to me but updates that do nothing - Instantly!I haven’t received the latest update either![]()

Only software wiseEhh we have seen a handful of threads here and a handful on Reddit. I know those places don’t represent the entire lucid fleet but that also means there are many that aren’t here or Reddit that also experienced the issue.
I think we may have different ideas of the underlying problem. In my eyes, the real problem is the lack of OTAs, the lack of communication around OTAs, the lack of feature enhancements, and the lack of urgency on the software side of the house. It took a month for a single fix man… a month.
I promise you, my neighbor will never touch a lucid again. He is the most “average” consumer that could care less to tinker with his car at all. Like doesn’t try to dive into settings and menus. The simpler the better. He will forever think that my lucid and any lucid “suck” and that his i7 “is 10x the better car than the lucid”. I’ll scream it until I or lucid die… user experience to the masses matters. Lucid misses that mark software wise, especially when fundamental bugs go without any acknowledgment or fixes for a month…
I’m with you on this one. Absolutely love driving this car but the software quality is so abysmal there’s no way I’m keeping it after the lease is up. Back to Tesla or maybe BMW.This latest and the previous update totally broke my Apple CarPlay and Apple Music with infinite toggle of play pause repeat with every drive. Service folks can’t figure it out as well. Have been resetting air logo plus deleted and re enabled mobile key etc. but to no resolution. Basic functionally and software is crap on this car with mobile app delays and other core functions like easy entry, self presenting doors working 1/4th of the time. So happy to drive this amazing beast of an hardware and enjoy the short term 18 month lease. Prolly heading back to Tesla Model S in 12 months. No offense to anyone here but just being honest and my .02 cents.
