July 27, 2024 Bay Area Lucid Owners Club Rally & Owner Experience Event

On Saturday, July 27, 2024, we will be hosting an exclusive Lucid Owners Club Rally & Owner Experience Event.

We will be holding a Lucid Owners Club Rally starting in the Sunol area and ending at our Lucid Headquarters Studio in Newark, CA.

Several significant cars from our internal collection will be on display in our showroom including:

Air Alpha VIN1:
· Air Alpha VIN1 is the first Lucid Air show car

Air Alpha VIN3:
· Air Alpha VIN3 is a high-speed Air variant nicknamed “Sonic”
· It achieved 235 mph in 2017 at the TRC Oval in Ohio, followed by setting the EV lap record at Laguna Seca in California in 2018 (1:39.30)

Air Sapphire Beta 1 VIN22:
· Air Sapphire Beta 1 VIN22 is the first tri-motor development car, built in 2020 first as a standard “narrow body” and then updated to its current “wide body” configuration
· With this car, Lucid engineers developed critical tri-motor, battery, tire, aero, and brake technologies, much of which can be found on today’s production Air Sapphire

Air Sapphire 007:
· Air Sapphire 007 is the first Sapphire show car
· Built on an Air Grand Touring platform, it features an Alpha tri-motor powertrain and is the only Air Sapphire ever built with a Glass Canopy roof

Air Hypersport H100
· Air Hypersport H100 is development car created to showcase the highest levels of Air’s performance potential
· Every body panel on the car is built with bespoke carbon fiber except for the front doors

To make this a truly memorable day, we will kick off the event with an exclusive Lucid Owners Rally. We will first meet in the parking lot of Starbucks located at 1080 S White Rd, San Jose, CA 95127. (Map Link)

· Check-in and get your Lucid Owners Club Passport & Stamp

· Enjoy light refreshments and connect with fellow owners

· Depart together at 9:30 AM for a scenic drive to Lucid Headquarters (Map Link).

The Owner Experience Event will kick off upon arrival of the rally around 11:00 AM. Start off by exploring our record-breaking beta prototype vehicles and the latest Lucid Air sedans.

You will have opportunities to speak with fellow Lucid owners about what drove them to the brand and what they love most about being part of the Lucid family - all while enjoying light refreshments amongst fellow driving enthusiasts. Feel free to extend the invitation to any friends or family interested in learning more about electric vehicles from current enthusiasts.

It still blows my mind that this is the ENTIRE gear set that pushes the Air! I'm pointing to the differential and it's TINY! In a regular car, this would be 5-8" across and weigh 10's of pounds!
