I recentently required a windshield replacement. I'm located 3 hours from the service center. John provided service above what I expected, He was under standing, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for all you do.

Another excellent experience at the Scottsdale center. 1 year service, all issues rectified without a question! No blaming the customer.....this makes me feel proud being a Lucid owner! Compared to my Model S service experience, this is like being in heaven! I'm spreading the word, don't go stingy and buy a Model S just to save a few thousand dollars....go drive a Lucid and see for yourself, and the service is TOP NOTCH, a cherry on the top!
