I wish lolThat’s because they get your input directly…![]()
I filled mine out very honestly and bluntly. I think sugar coating the bad (which isn't all that much in my case) would be counterproductive. I was very specific with issues as well as suggestions for improvement. I also put my cell phone number on there and told them to feel free to call me for more details--which they should do because I'm happy to give them free honest feedback/advice from an owner who's been driving the vehicle since Jun 26th.Did all existing Gravity owners receive the very specific survey tonight about 3.2.2?
Didn't think about giving my number but I gave them plenty of info on things still going wrong and asked about pin to drive for a backup for the key issues. Hope they take the time to address those surveys seriously.I filled mine out very honestly and bluntly. Survey response was most definitely tied to email. The survey link had typical Salesforce URL info it (and last page of survey had the Salesforce cloud logo at bottom of page) and they use Salesforce as their CRM, which you can also see when they send you esign docs.I didn't think to do that, as I assumed the survey response was somehow tagged to the email it was sent to. Probably not, huh?
I did, however, get into quite a bit of detail in the "comments" sections of the survey.
Don't you lose the $1000 deposit? You are not going to get any kind of accurate answer from any of the SAs bc they don't have that information. You are asking them to take a WAG that means nothing really, and people would get mad at them when the guess is wrong. Only thing to be done at this point is either continued patience, move on to a different spec of your Gravity or move on to another vehicle.
Yes, but they have to decide what will make them happiest. Maybe it's worth leaving the 1k for something else for them.Don't you lose the $1000 deposit?
GDE Deposit - Non-RefundableDon't you lose the $1000 deposit?
Only if you have ordered a Dream Edition. GGT is refundable until it goes into production.Don't you lose the $1000 deposit?
I didn’t get the email. My Gravity order was around the same time as yours. So, has anyone else NOT gotten the email from Marc Winterhoff? I did not get one. I placed my black DE order on June 4th. Haven’t heard a peep from Lucid since. Reached out to my SA last Friday to get a sense on timing. No response.
That’s what it is. The other boxes came first for us, and informed about the soon-to-come bottle of wine.Received a bottle of wine with a card from Lucid. I've been notified of 2 boxes being delivered tomorrow but I have no orders placed for myself. Packages show Atieva as the shipper so hopefully this will complete the "gift with purchase"![]()
I have had a pre Vin since May 27 and still not in productionI just got a phone call from my SA and she told me I received a pre-vin number. Said it’s now queued for production. Not sure of timeline but hoping for an October delivery? Want to weigh in with your experiences? My order below.
