Gravity Bugs / Issues

I finally got my car back yesterday and the key fob issue now seems to be fixed, however a new error started popping up saying that Air suspension is unavailable 😞

So now the car needs to go back into the shop. It’s so crazy that the car has already been in the shop 3x longer than it has with me and it’s going back in …

Anyone else experiencing this air suspension issue?

Not sure.....I had setup plug-and-charge for my R1T on EVgo in the past. I went to pick up some food at a local restaurant located in a mall where there are a few EVgo chargers scattered around the parking lots. Only open spot was an EVgo fast charger with a native NACS cable, so even at about 50% battery, I thought why not? Plugged in and it just worked!
Guessing it was a pure fluke as EVgo’s Plug and Charge protocol isn’t a standard nor is it supported on Lucid. EVgo relies on the vehicle's MAC address (which is less secure), while others like Tesla, Electrify America etc. utilizes the Plug and Charge standard, which uses certificates for secure authentication.

See 3 posts before yours in this same thread. Try reset or sleep the car for a few hours, haven’t heard of one yet that was a confirmed true air suspension issue, seem to be false alerts but it still sucks if it’s putting you into turtle mode. On my Air I could regularly reproduce a false drive system fault alert by driving past a certain truck toll station. A reboot would cure it. The problem with highly sophisticated diagnostics is they’re very complex and sometimes get it wrong, so I’d suspect it’s more likely that than a true air suspension fault.

Yes, I tried a steering wheel reset and also letting it sleep for a while, but this error still persists, unfortunately.

I'm curious -- @borski, if you can say -- did your 2025 loaner vehicle have the same concerns about keys, streaming media, etc?
We were on an older software version, but streaming media worked fine (minus Atmos which didn’t exist yet), and we didn’t have issues with the keys. 🤷‍♂️

To your point, I checked the logs on both my Lucid and EVgo apps. Lucid's app did not log the event but the EVgo app did and charged my card accordingly. So yes, a fluke I think now too.

Also might be an indication that this feature is coming soon, perhaps even live testing it and you happened upon the window by accident.

overnight? regardless of what Lucid claims that a 30 minute sleep is the same, we've seen time and time again that somehow an overnight fixes shit that wasn't fixed with 30 minutes =P I had a braking issue that cleared after 3 days....

Yes, I let it sleep overnight and tried it this morning and the suspension error still persists. It seems I've been particularly unlucky so far 😢

Bummer....mine went away (so far) with the Infotainment Reset. My key fob issue still persists but I have a 100% work around I learned here that allows me to drive.

I had a similar experience with my Ram truck: changing the battery caused the backup camera to go away, with the option to switch to it not even appearing on the screen anymore. Somehow an overnight rest cured the problem. No idea why vehicles sometimes take multiple hours to reset.

I'm awaiting delivery of a Gravity GT. I just came to this thread but see it's 20 pages long. Can someone summarize the problems other than the key/card key/issue?

I've had an Air GT for 7 months and the main problems for me are software related plus the left end nut on the sway bar which has now been fixed twice.

So far for me:

Random notifications about wireless charging and USB charging becking unavailable
One time there was an air suspension fault but it came in and then immediately went away
Car is very slow to respond to the key card in the door pillar.

Nothing too crazy, and honestly the warnings flash up and then disappear almost immediately. It makes me feel like there is some type of heart beat mechanic going on and a set number of heart beats are missed from a module the error comes up, and subsequent it receives a heart beat and clears the message.

Got my GDE delivered today. My big issue is the 2nd row drivers seat stopped working. My wife went to move the seat to get into the 3rd row and it moved up but now won't move back to the original position. Also getting the wireless charging warnings and a pretty big blue square for the HUD at night.

Turn down the brightness on the HUD
