The 3D brand mats have better coverage of the sides of the foot well than most mats, including weather tech. So the edges of your muddy shoes don't leave dirt on the edges of the foot well. Tuxmats are even better, but no plans from them for the Air at this time.

My experience mirrors DeaneG. I have Weathertech and Hexomat in our Lexus and Dodge Challenger vehicles. The 3D in our Mini Cooper S is FAR superior in fit and coverage. I'm waiting for 3Ds.

So no one has any word on when the black or graphite all-weather floor mats will be in stock in the “STORE” again.

Nor have I heard any word about the renewed availability of either Mojave or Santa Cruz OEM, carpet floor mats. It’s been six weeks since I took delivery, and I’ve heard nothing from anyone at Lucid Service. I hope I hear soon. Apparently I was placed on a list of customers interested in purchasing extra carpet floor mats.

I can tell you I ordered graphite immediately when they launched. I got an email on the 4th saying they were delayed and would be shipping in “about 10 days,” well, still hasn’t shipped.

Nope. Shipping delays. However, they were seen in the Lucid studio at the event last night by @hydbob. However, he didn’t steal them like I asked him to.

Nice. Is this a prototype? I’ll still need to apply some sort of ScotchGuard to the rest of the carpet As the mats aren’t full coverage, but are MUCH better than the Lucid all weather mats. I wonder if TuxMat is also planning a set as well?

How did you wangle those? I’ve been waiting for one of the good people up at Costa Mesa to contact at me as soon as they were available again. It’s been almost seven weeks.
