Very nice! Just an a few Sapphire and Bear logos and you will really get respect at the club…

Very nice look! I inquired with a well-known local place about a color change on my impending white AGT. They basically talked me out of it, saying the vinyl is easily damaged and for the $10K it would cost to do it, I would be better off just repainting it. Did your place give you any estimate of longevity?

I was given a longevity guarantee for 5 years. But I know I'll replace it in the next two.

Another installer told me something similar about easy damage and the white underneath will start to show up. I'm taking my chances. Plus there are enough show and regular commercial vehicles with vinyl that looks good after several years, subject to maintenance of course.

But for $3200/ if this lasts me a couple of years, I will consider this as a net ROI. And these are cheaper to replace than xpel, the upfront costs is more than double of this. ($7K to $9K)

I got a local estimate $3500

Fantastic!!! I like it a lot.

Is there anything different you would do to wash/wax a wrapped vehicle than what you might otherwise do with a standard paint + clearcoat finish?

but how to treat it like any other wrap?
On my MSLR with XPEL, I used to take it to a touchless car wash & it looked great after the clean. Really good.

For this, I was advised to, not use car wash. Did not press him why. He advised:
- Garden hose spray to remove dirt
- Foam the car (you can find a ton of stuff). And there are garden hose connectors. (Look it up on you fav search engine)
- Rinse/Spray the car down to remove the soap/foam
- Use garden air blower or something like that to dispel water as best / quickly as possible.
- Costco (yellow 10 pack) micro fiber cloth & mitts to dry the car. Start from the top of the car & run down the front and back.
- Apply other polishing agents as need
- Drive your car with a smile.

The above is what I recollect. There are other conversations, here, that detail what a member has done/is doing.
