I discovered a flat tire yesterday while I returned to my parked vehicle. I contacted road side assistance who then connected me to the Goose Island service center in Chicago. A mobile vehicle was sent within an hour to my location and a replacement wheel and tire was put on the vehicle that I left in the parking lot. I returned later to pick the vehicle up and drive it home. The next morning, a new tire was placed and balanced on my wheel, driven to my house and placed on the vehicle for me. I had to pay around $400 for a new tire and the balancing, however the process was fast and painless. Kudos to Lucid's service!
