Had 3 of my 19" tires replaced because they were "out of round" at 1200mi. Had the car serviced for a broken 3rd brake light (broken ground wire) and mentioned the car was vibrating at 60mph since delivery. Nothing bad, but knew it was a balancing issue which is a known delivery problem, and was planning on having them look at it the first time a major issue popped up. They found 3 of the 4 tires out of round and couldn't be rebalanced and replaced them. I'm wondering and a little worried how 3 of 4 tires are out of round and wondering if there's something inherent to the car that's causing this (aside from its weight)?

My guess is that car was sitting for a long time before delivery and developed flat spots on tires. Once tires replaced I wouldn't worry about it.

It was actually a car I preordered (first DD premium the Seattle service center saw) and based on mfg date, I took delivery within 3 weeks of it leaving the factory.

Weird, but there are plenty of forum members who have put 20k + miles on their 19s with no issues. Shouldn't really be a problem

I have a few possible scenarios in head. 1. Check the manufacturer date on the tire it self. It's possible that tires are much older than the car itself. 2. Its possible that the tires were swapped from a different car if you ordered the car and they didn't have it with a wheel/tire combo you ordered. 3. Simply tire manufacturing defect that is covered by warranty.

A few weeks away from my one year anniversary and just shy of 10k miles with no tire or wheel problems. Hopefully your issue is behind you now that baby got a new pair of shoes.

This sometimes happens in manufacturing. I had a full set of Goodyear that were impossible to balance on a RoadForce machine. I had my guy swap them out rotating the wheels and still no good. Ended up buying a set of Contis and " gave away " the Goodyears. Will not buy them again.

I always buy the premium brands premium tire. Cheap insurance.
Perillis are great but soft = wear out quickly. OEM on lots of performance cars.
Continental make a fantastic A/S performance tire
Michelin ... does everything well. My go-to brand.

Received my new AGT a few days ago. Drivability is very poor - car vibrates, shakes and judders. Hoping it is a an alignment / balancing issue, but service has yet to respond to any calls or messages over the past week.

What service center are you working with? Did you contact the service center directly or go through Customer Care? It should be straight forward fix and what you are seeing it not normal.

Plainview, NY. Straight to voicemail. Called Customer Care - told me to call the Service Center directly and they'd also log it. Texted Customer Care - told me to call the Service Center and closed out our discussion thread. Also tried my delivery specialist - no response. Assuming its a backlog at the Plainview facility

I think you are right about a backlog in Plainview. I can understand not hearing back on Sunday or Monday but by now you should have been contacted.

I would reach out again, easy to be missed when they are busy. I usually call every 2 days.
