The scheduled charging sets the start time only. Once the car stops charging at the charge limit as long as the cable remains plugged in, the car does not look at the charge start time and schedule charging again. Hence, when you wake it up with the app or a nearby key, it will start charging to bring it back up to the charge limit. I wish it would reset the schedule and go back in a charging scheduled state but it does not.

Doesn’t really matter. Modern EV battery packs pretty much take care of themselves so you don’t have to worry.
