I wasn't getting any wiper fluid coming out when holding down the left stalk button so I went and got a gallon of fluid and started to pour into the reservoir. However, the reservoir filled up almost immediately. Got maybe a cups worth down. I am now getting some fluid on the windshield when hitting the button though. Am I missing some step in getting the whole gallon to go down? Thanks

Did you get the windshield washer fluid light on your dashboard? If not, you don’t have low fluid.

Your wiper’s nozzles may simply be clogged. Try unclogging them?

I didn’t get the warning light and didn’t know there was one. Thanks
How do you “unclog” the wipers?

I don’t know, but I’d grab a needle or toothpick or push-pin, find the holes in the wipers, and try cleaning them lol. I haven’t had to do it on my car before, but it’s worth a shot.

If not, you may need either your wipers or your washer pump replaced.

The only caution in the manual related to this is:
CAUTION: Do not operate the washers when the fluid reservoir is empty or frozen. This can cause the washer pump to overheat and fail.

The windshield washer fluid low icon looks like this:

Thanks for this suggestion. Will give it a try..

Thanks for sharing this. I never bothered cleaning as the fluid did come back. Maybe something to do with temperature fluctuations as well. I am in a cold climate. But i will try cleaning with a tooth brush as described in the manual and see if that makes it even better. Thanks

Ah, the cold will do it. Replace the windshield washer fluid with a lower temp rated one.

I'm low on fluid and can't fill it because my frunk stopped working when it got below 20 degrees. One would think it would work now that it's above freezing, but still no dice. At least the wiper sprayers starting working again when the temperatures rose, haha. Looking forward to service getting here on 1/6 and will use my wiper fluid very judiciously until then.

If anyone knows a way to force the frunk open, please let me know.

Does it unlatch at all? If so, you can open it by hand: https://publications.infotainment.p...tml#GUID-6D002001-6102-4D1A-AC07-312054BE9374

Keep in mind the gas struts may not hold it up quite as well in the cold, as it specifies in the manual.

“NOTE: In frigid temperatures, you may find that the gas struts do not hold the hood open as firmly as they do in warmer temperatures”

It makes the unlatching sound and goes up the tiniest bit, but it is very firmly stuck. I've tried to open it by hand after the unlatching, but no dice. The car thinks the frunk is open, and I have to push down relatively hard to get it to view the frunk as closed.
