I cheated. I've never seen that. Google Lens says it's a Toyota Century logo.
Technology makes this too easy-- haha. Yes, it's a 1998 Toyota Century. I got the opportunity to sit in it and start it up, and the owner put a water bottle on top of the engine (reminds of the original Lexus commercial) to show how motionless it is. Super smooth and really quiet inside. Reminds me of a car we all know and love :)

We had a great time at Drive Electric week in a Phoenix yesterday. We had couple of Lucids on Display and some for driving. It was fun to let people drive my Lucid but nobody asked for off-road which disappointed me. Still had fun!
I also stopped by at the service center where they were having a special sales event for inventory they had on the floor!

I posted a video but this is my door handle :

It makes a bunch of clicks and looks like it attempts to open but doesn’t open. I can jam a credit card in and the handle manually lifts:

Appears my rear driver door handle has broken too but got a mobile visit scheduled tomorrow. That’s 2 door handles in a year :( . Hope they have some insight on what’s causing handles to fail this quickly.

It’s getting to be that time of year where the glass on your head feels warmer for us glass tops. Even with tint heat still is apparent. Are some of yon using roof covers still? How are those? What tips to survive in this heat? Summer is coming

Well, the first tip would be to move away from the south-west, but I think that's a lot of commitment for a car 🤣

What percent tint do you have? And what tint is it (model)?

On my Lucid Air AGT, I tinted my glass roof. But I am also using a sun shade.

When I was investigating tinting my glass roof on my Rivian R1S, the installer told me that a real dark tint on the roof can result in the absorption of too much sun and can crack the glass. I decided to use a sun shade instead.

I can get a 3rd party sun shade for my Rivian ($70/Amazon). There is only one choice of sun shade for the Lucid via the Lucid store ($170 + Tax and shipping = $200). The Lucid shade is made out of perforated fabric. It fits well and is easy to install. And it makes a significant difference.

I haven't tried HeatShield on a Lucid, but have used them on many other vehicles and been happy with them:

I have been using the Lucid sun screens since they became available. I leave them in year round. Makes a huge difference. Glass tinted as well.

Just a little project I did today. Not sure if most know this but the rear deck lid 3rd brake light area is actually plastic and scratches very easily with microfiber towels or wash mittens that may not be perfectly clean or dirt free. The top half is what it looked like before I polished using a Mothers Power Plastic headlight lens restorer kit which the results are in the lower part of picture. This was a very tedious project that took many passes to do, but I got it looking at least 90% better. I am going to put some clear PPF over the top next to prevent it from happening again.
