Its written as "Front" and "Rear" and random damage amounts are listed in some type of hand writing, and signed by a Lucid advisor at the bottom.

There are only two service advisors in Scottsdale and that signature does not match their names. It may be the owners signature.

But I will be honest, I like your Service Center form a lot better than the one I was given, everything is typed, part numbers are listed, and it talks about the current labor cost and part cost..

Lena is one of the two service advisors in Scottsdale. Lena is very nice and I am sure that she will respond to your inquiry.

The quote you showed wasn't very clear, what are they saying is damaged on the car? It's not cheap to repair. I got rear ended and a cash quote from the body shop was $1800+

Excuse me !! Why are we talking about a car you don't OWN ??????You need to work out the details of this repair on your own. Lucid service has been fair and honest about their service for us.

Based on what you know and have seen, are you still confident in your decision of getting the Lucid? I am very much on a fence between the Lucid Grand Touring and EQS 580. What are your thoughts?

I have had many Mercedes in the past and still have a C-class. Friends of mine have an EQS. I am not impressed. The Lucid GT beats the EQS in range, charging speed and acceleration. I would not trade a Lucid for an EQS. Lucid is superior as an EV in my view.
