Our Bay Area Group is trying to see if we can get a "track day" at Laguna Seca. I ran my 911 for five years on all the CA tracks. I've tried to explain that hot laps at Laguna will definitely accelerate tire wear but the group really wants to go!!

As would be expected the car has a pretty big push. It is quite predictable and you can put the car into a drift pretty easy. I was getting 0.3 miles a kWh. Plan accordingly.

Now that production ramp has taken effect, curious if there’s been more people that have swapped the Pirelli OEM 21s for the Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons. Hoping to get my VIN soon so need to make a final call on 19s vs 21s. In the Philly area so leaning towards 19 due to road conditions but am hoping others’ experience can sway me to keep the 21s.

I don't like the 19" range wheels. They're ugly. Based on that alone, I'm sticking with the 21 Aero Blades. I'm in Harrisburg. What Lucid should offer folks in the 4 season climates is a 21" All Season tire option.

Hi I'm just N of the city. Opted for 19/as for ride comfort / safety. Drove the demo at Short Hills which I believe had the 19's...ride was very nice. I did not push the car around to test turn-in / grip, etc. I may buy a set of 21" with summer rubber later. We like to drive in the snow, so I generally keep a set of winter and summer wheels/tires for the "ski car".... although looking at what I just typed...probably not going to be exposing the Lucid to all the horrifically bad SUV / pick-up truck drivers who think AWD gives them physics-defying super power. So, yea...don't think I will needing snows for this car....most likely will try the 21" eventually. I have done the profile upgrade before and was amazed how much better the handling gets. Hard to imagine "tossing" this car around. I am wary of the horrible condition of the roads around us and do not want to be stranded on the SureKill with a blown tire / busted rim. The horror...

I tested the Zenith Red at Short Hills as well in June and it had the 19's indeed.

I personally think DE edition 21” has best looking rim.

I considered those and you can get a good look at them on the tech talk videos. Peter has a Touring Edition in the video on the 20's. Personally, I'm sticking with the 21's. The Aero Blade's are the best looking wheel offered of all models. I'll end up finding some all season 21's to put on eventually.

I'm all for that!! I love my AGT 21's. Hate the fact they are not all season. Will be sharing wife's car a lot during the winter months. Give us a choice Lucid. Half the country has cold winters.

They did give you a choice, between the 19” or the 21”

The 21s ride fine in rain; it’s snow that matters more, and you want thicker sidewalls for snow either way.

But I also have no doubt that eventually there will be options for both.

The choice I would prefer is that they offer all season or summer tires in the 21" size.

To my sensibilities, the 21' AGT tires are gorgeous, while the 19's just look OK.

Others may feel otherwise.

My previous Porsches, Audi's, and BMW's all offer all season or summer tires in both the larger and smaller size wheels/tires.

I am sure there are plenty of Dream Editions and AGT owners out there that feel the same way as I do.

I believe that Lucid itself states the 21 inch summer tires do not perform well if the temperature drops below 40-45 degrees

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend going over 150 at those temps

Yup. My XF offered the option and my Mom's XJ os sitting on AS tires.
