With the hood open, it is on the left and right sides, but you are best off googling the replacement procedures, They detail out what size torx driver to use and the correct sequence to get this done.

Is there anyone who had their 12K service completed willing to upload their service invoice listing part numbers for wiper blades refills and cabin air filter part numbers and cost? I know several folks stated $350 as the cost of the 1 year 12K service but I would be interested to see the actual break down of each item and cost associated with it. Thank you in advance.

This is perfect. Thanks a bunch. Looks like parts are $72.8 and labor $277.2 to make it $350. This is exactly what I was looking for.
