10 phone calls in five months and can’t get my referral points!

I have had 5 referrals that have all been delivered in February and March and I have not received the 30,000 points I am owed. I have called customer service , who are usually pretty good, but I give them the story they say they will escalate and get back to me. Not once have they gotten back to me and I haven’t gotten ANY of my points from the double points promotion in February. This is getting ridiculous, points are to motivate people to help spread and promote the brand. It’s doing the opposite

The double points promotion was in March, not February.

I'm certain they will get them to you, and because it's a new program they are having some logistical issues. While there have been a few other complaints, by and large people haven't had many issues getting their points.

Perhaps @mcr16 can help escalate it to the right team.
