I just got this email from my local Lucid Studio manager. Should I assume that an order placed today is unlikely to be delivered before the end of 2025 if he is offering me a tentative test drive in mid-2025?

Sorry had not been active. My update is that I finally received a VIN assignment on 4/23 for my grey AGT. (Nov 2 confirmation). However for a number of reasons, I decided to cancel and went with an EQS that my local MB dealer unexpectedly offered to me earlier that week. Will definitely be back...

Thx I agree. I have a slot booked for late May with them, assuming my car is delivered by then. Not sure of you heard, "grey delay" ;)

The BOA rate is now up to 3.29%. This delay with the "grey" AGTs is literally costing us more $$ with each passing week. Frustrating.

Yup agreed. If this comes on top of the delay with my "grey" AGT, I will be very unhappy.

I don't think I did. But I 'm over it. Frankly, probably would be a sour guest anyway with this "grey color" fiasco.

I heard from Kevin Song (owner of Craft Detailing in Dedham) that he recently wrapped his first Lucid DE in the Boston area. Curious if that was anyone on this forum. thx

I had not heard from him in a couple of months so I finally emailed him yesterday. He was less specific about details, but he did suggest that I might hear something in the "first week of April". We shall see. Not holding my breath.

Interesting. This makes me wonder now, if those of us waiting for delivery in Boston as an example, might be made to wait until the Boston studio (delivery center) is opened in a few months. Perhaps that is their strategy to keep down or eliminate the cost of home deliveries on the East coast as...

Valid point. But Carplay has paginated look that mostly works as you can customize the pages with the apps you mostly need, use or want.
