Thanks! Car is parked in garage and temperature outside is around 20F. I did contact customer service but they indicated because it is cold car is giving that alert. I am surprised, that I am getting that message even though car is plugged in. I thought plugging in might keep the battery warm...

ChargePoint Home Flex installed/hardwired with 50 AMP output (you can call charge point and limit AMP - I changed to 30 AMP - since 18 miles/hour is more than enough for me). Getting PPF/ceramic coating done this week...Ready to drive :-) from next week.
