Interestingly, I've lost efficiency based on my driving style by about 1 kwh/m from 4.10 to 3.10. This could be a more accurate reading, however as I'm under 15k miles.
These are all new problems with the latest software I've found. My guess is the code is crashing internally somewhere, or PGLs are being killed or zombie-processes are happening requiring daily reboots (maybe)? Startup is definitely not good anymore.
I've noticed the following changes that good ol' Soft-Reset Air-Logo did not solve:
- Adaptive Cruise is semi-erratic with occasional phantom-braking every 2 or 3 minutes.
- Native Sirius/XM starts off at half-speed (like a cassette player with low-battery) as software starts for about 5 seconds, which I find a bit amusing, but then it sounds "crackle-y" like it's missing bits which goes on for about 30 minutes, even changing channels
- Does not always register self-check dummy-lights upon pressing the brake pedal starting-out, therefore not allowing to shift out of Park for several minutes (sometimes).
- Reverse does not always lower the rear shade for 30 seconds delay.
- Computer NAV sounds choppy sometimes, usually starting-out driving if a destination is put-in, stuttering.
- Curb-Rash does not work as I've scored by right rear rim even though it was set to "ON" and was noon with good lighting. My fault but I thought a warning would ensue. Nope.
- Phone's Bluetooth often no longer connects with the car. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Repeated exit/entry of the vehicle helps connect. Toggling the phone's BT does not.
I think the software load-up is significantly longer with this drop. I haven't had it before. I wish I could roll it back as I'm not quite happy with it.
