Usb not recognized

Anyone else having trouble getting the car to recognize the usb stick? It's saying to insert a usb stick even though it's in there. I've tried both the front usb A and C ports. The C is powering my radar detector fine. I've tried a few Air logo resets as well. I checked the stick on my computer and all the flac files are there and work.

Did you follow the steps at https://lucidowners.com/threads/usb-media-guidelines-and-tips.4964/ ?
It’s very picky about the filesystem.

Did you go to the source screen and select usb as source? When i first plugged in my usb stick the main screen didnt show the stick or the tunes. Even the source screen didnt show it. Until i figured out the usb symbol was on the second part of the source screen that you have to scroll right on the first screen to get this second one to show. I then tapped on the usb symbol and all my music showed on the main screen just fine.

Yeah, I selected usb. It was working fine up until a few weeks ago

Yes, it was working fine until recently
