The optimism that I got from lucid even acknowledging AA will last me well past December. Fall is pretty much winter and winter is basically end of March.

I guess the subject of this thread pretty much says it “Confirmed: it’s coming this fall”. This is not Lucid saying possible, may be, on works bla bla bla. They said confirmed

If they cant make this, they have to confirm that too. I know other do the same and we are not expecting same from Lucid since i believe Lucid is not like other crowd.

Seriously, no one can absolutely "confirm" that something that hasn't happened yet will happen. Mr Twork confirmed that AA is scheduled for OTA this fall. Schedules change for any reason and every reason, especially in software development.

We can take the wording any way we like, but with all the competition out, this kind of delivery miss is effecting the company and the trust some owners not all of us.
Most of us are rooting for Lucid to succeed and i am one of them. But i am hatting on the way that Lucid is being too slow on software side(this is solely my feeling).

They are on record saying it is out of their hands and they are waiting for approval from Google.

They meant this year. They clearly expected it to be this year. But as mentioned by many already, it seems to be out of their hands. At least in part. Who knows what's going on between Google and Lucid?

It's really best to take any announcements about release dates with a grain of salt when it comes to software especially.

It will come. I am very certain. Might be early next year at this point, but it will come.
